how do I know which is the corresponding program that i have to shut down in the Task Manager to be able to delete a harmfull file that is in use ?

Please read SpyAxe manual removal instructions. They explain which programs exactly you need to terminate, which files to delete and which registry keys to remove in order to get rid of SpyAxe.
