Constant pop ups within the last week

Hi guys

During the past week I have been getting sonstant pop ups whilst surfing the net. Either they are blank pop ups, or things like ebay.

I have tried spybot, superanti spyware, Avast etc. But nothing stops it and when i rescan, the nasties are still there.

Does anyone have any suggestions to help me out?
