Hi guitarplaya989. Welcome to the 2-Spyware.com forums!

Please follow these steps:

1. Download Pocket KillBox or KillBox utility.

2. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://softwarereferral.com/jump.php?wmid=6010&mid=MjI6Ojg5&lid=2
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {85779229-D0AE-47CA-8279-3B565BD8B617} - C:\WINDOWS\cacc.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: MSVPS System - {F4CF814F-970F-405D-A42C-0CE06EB97373} - C:\WINDOWS\mxduo.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Alcmtr] ALCMTR.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winlogonsys.exe] C:\Program Files\Free Keylogger King\winlogonsys.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [cachechk.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\cachechk.exe
O4 - Global Startup: Updates from HP.lnk = C:\Program Files\Updates from HP\137903\Program\BackWeb-137903.exe
O20 - Winlogon Notify: cacc - C:\WINDOWS\cacc.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: RelevantKnowledge - C:\WINDOWS\System32\rlls.dll (file missing)
O21 - SSODL: wmphost - {43CCE96A-B846-4764-893A-4D1647B52A37} - C:\WINDOWS\wmphost.dll
O21 - SSODL: wmpdev - {89939A52-F876-488C-AF10-810634EABE59} - C:\WINDOWS\wmpdev.dll
O23 - Service: Secure Resolutions Managed Agent (SR Agent) - Secure Resolutions, Inc - C:\Program Files\Sr\AgentSvc.exe

In Safe Mode!
3. Then use either Pocket KillBox or KillBox to delete the following file
C:\Program Files\Sr\AgentSvc.exe
C:\Program Files\Sr\AgentFrm.exe
C:\WINDOWS\ALCMTR.EXE
C:\Program Files\Sr\SrLogon.exe
C:\Program Files\Updates from HP\137903\Program\BackWeb-137903.exe
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Common\ViewpointService.exe

4.Download Smitrem. While in Safe mode, extract smitrem, then run RunThis, let the program do it's work, after it's done restart it normally.

5.Download the free version of SUPERAntiSpyware. Install the program, update its definitions and run a complete system scan.

6. After you get done, restart your computer, run new HijackThis scan and post a fresh log here.
