I have gotten a piece of spyware on my computer that gives me popups that say: Windows has detected a number of active spyware applications" and suggests that I get some up-to-date technologically advanced software to remove it.  It leads me to AntiVirGear, which I know now to be spyware.  I ran HijackThis and this is what I got:

If anyone could tell me what lines I should fix in order to get rid of the pop-ups, I would greatly appreciate it!
