Hi yes i have tried to remove it manually but it keeps coming back..i will clear it out of reistry and then after restarting i e it just comes right back...all the spyware scans come back clean.i can only find it if i use a registry cleaner...Thanks ..Anne

sorted it formated the bugger ..never had to do this before..but this time the word fix became format       vista is s***e only because it wont let you change registry..thanks anyway for your time..regards...Anne

Please follow these steps:

1. Download Pocket KillBox or KillBox utility.

2.Please use Hijackthis on the following entries:

O2 - BHO: OFLinker Class - {A51D8FA4-C859-473D-9E18-FA0C59D16FA3} - C:\Windows\OFLink.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winthelp] C:\Windows\winthelp.exe
O16 - DPF: {3860DD98-0549-4D50-AA72-5D17D200EE10} -

In Safe Mode!
3.Then use either Pocket KillBox or KillBox to delete the following file:
C:\Windows\winthelp.exe

4.Download Smitrem. While in Safe mode, extract smitrem, then run RunThis, let the program do it's work, after it's done restart it normally.

5.Download the free version of SUPERAntiSpyware. Install the program, update its definitions and run a complete system scan.

6. After you get done, restart your computer, run new HijackThis scan and post a fresh log here.
