well, i recently got this virus/adware/spyware thing on my computer. it is called virus protect 3.9. WEEEEEELLLL, i immediatly stared searching the net for ways to remove it. BUT, it seems, that everything i find online that PROMISES to remove it, offers FREE download, FREE scan, and THEN once you download it, and scan your computer, you click the little button that says delete the virus...OH WELL!!!!!!!, thats where they get you. cause once you click that little button, thats when you find out that you can only remove the virus IF you PAY for this product. ok now, this pisses me off. you have people out there, that just sit around all day long, just coming up with new adware/spyware and viruses, and new ways to put it all on everyones computer. and they do it just for fun. then here comes all these companys who promise to help you  but ONLY if you pay for their product. you didn't pay for virus, or adware or the spyware. you did not put all that crap on your computer, but if you want to get rid of it, then you better be prepared to pay for it.

why can't there be people out there who want to help you, just for the sake of helping you, just because they no how aggrivating it is to have all that crap in your computer. just because they know that everyone can not afford to pay for big expensive programs to remove stuff that they never put in their computer in the first place.

isn't their anyone out there who can help get this crap out of my computer without emptying my wallet?

i see you are very frustrated. first of all, you were misled by virus protect. it's not an anti virus, anti spyware and it's not a security tool at all. yes, it's says so on virus protect pop-ups and their website, but that's just a trick. and this trick is illegal. I'm glad you didn't pay for virus protect creator for the removal, cos that's what they seek for. if you read any virus protect review you will see that it's a fraud to milk money and give nothing in return.
now, you can't blame legitimate security tools for spreading viruses and then asking you to pay for removal. have your ever been infected with something that said "download norton/spyware doctor to remove this"? of course some security tools costs money, many people work to create anti malware products, it's a difficult and complicated job and they should be paid for doing it. of course the price of some tools are not reasonable for an average computer user, but it's the matter of choice, you can always choose free products.
now, at last let's talk about free removal of virus protect you can use manual removal of virus protect, you can find it here. don't click on 'download remover ', but simply find the infected files on your computer and delete them. you will find instructions on the link. also there are free anti spyware downloads, even on this website. you can find those here.
