My Hijacklog screen.Can u help?

Hi,
my computer it`s been infected for the past 2 days with a bunch of spyware. I tried everything:Ad-Aware, SpyDoctor,BPS Spyware-Malware remover, Spysweeper. Nothing seems to get to fix the problems.
