How do I remove the Spy Burner adware manually

I have this adware virus on my computer called Spy Burner. It changes my desktop wallpaper, give false warnings about my computer being infected and wants me to download their software to fix. I Googled this and found a couple entires on hpw to delete it, but it involves using taskmgr to stop the processes and it seems this adware is blocking the use of taskmgr from my session. I haven't found any files on my system with spyburner*
Can someone help please?

hello there,
i suggest you to start your computer in a safe mode (here's safe mode tutorial ) and then try manual spy burner removal once again. most of malicious processes are inactive in safe mode so you should be able to deal with the infection. good luck!
