i moved your topic under this section as it's more appropriate.
i assume you can't delete this file by simply erasing it. you may try to remove it in a safe mode, here's safe mode tutorial. most of malicious processes are inactive in a safe mode, so you should be able to delete it. if you're not fan of manual removal, i recommend you running anti spyware scan. update your anti spyware, run a scan and delete everything it finds. and if you don't use anti spyware, i recommend you malwarebytes anti-malware.
