Malware Alarm Software - BEWARE !!!

PLEASE DO NOT purchase any software from this company as I believe it to be a scam.

Having purchased their software, the website said you have 30 days for a refund, As my machine crashed not long after I loaded it I was slightly outside my 30 days but didn't have a PC to contact hem on, but I requested my refund, they promised it, but despite  lots of promises about refunds, NOTHING. Its now some 30 days since it was promised so today VISA are taking up the matter. In hindsight when I look at their site, it looks very unprofessional and maybe I should have noticed that. Plus they took more money from my visa than their conformation email quoted.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS !!!!

I think this website has already checked this product out, so I found too late, and they too seem to think the same - ITS A RIP OFF !!!

thanks for sharing your experience. it's too bad you got scammed. it's not matter what they say on their website, malware alarm is not a legitimate product. if you still have malware alarm on your computer, please feel free to use malware alarms removal.

And thanks for your posting -  thought you might be somewhat amused ( or not) to see the reply I got back from them after I emailed them over the weekend re their product and it being a totla rip -ff.... just goes to show some people truly belive their own hype an d think they are invincible even when you try to tell them otherwise !!!

Please note that under Refund Policy of License Agreement you accepted during software purchase we are supposed to refund any customer only if she faces technical issues with MalwareAlarm which can not be resolved with the help of customer support service.

So we request you to provide us the details of the problems you experience with our software. Once we find the issue to be a non-resolvable one, we will refund you immediately. If the solution of the problem exists we will provide you the details on how to get it fixed and you can go ahead using our software.

Thank You so much. i never thought of having such type of fake attitude.
 its  not the only site i have gone through various sites and i found we have to deal with such awful site as well in future.
