my computer shuts down and restart after showing isass.exe message. this happens very frequently. what to do to remove this virus

It seems that you have a worm infection. To provide you with manual removal instructions I will need more details on your problem. Please download the HijackThis program, scan your system and post a fresh log here.

The worm that your system might be infected with is not new. Its variants are on a spreading spree for last few years. Today practically every antivirus program can eliminate it. You should install a powerful antivirus (NOD32, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, AVG Anti-Virus, AVAST, etc.) and scan your system with it. This should be done in Safe Mode.
