Need help for friend - Malware Ruining Compter - Please read

I have a friend who is dying of cancer. He only has a few months to live and his only contact with his friends is thru his computer. Recently his pc has been acting awful. He can only access email through safe mode. He lives far away from us so we are trying to find a simple solution to fixing his computer problem. We think it is related to the following malware programs. Does anyone know an easy way to clean a machine of all this trash? He is VERY low income, but we would gladly buy him a program if someone could reccomend one that would help.

all of malware programs you've mentioned can be deleted manually, but running anti-spyware is quicker way to solve this. there are plenty of free to use anti-spyware programs available online. you/your friend can download some of those even on this website right here : http://www.2-spyware.com/compare2.php
i recommend malwarebytes' antimalware http://www.2-spyware.com/review-malwarebytes-anti-malware.html as i use it myself and it never disappointed me.
