hello and thank you ahead of time.
ok some how my moms computer at home has been infected with something called ANTISPYWARE 2008 XP .... i have read a few forums describing how to remove this ... such as here when it says to use HIJACKTHIS ... but or to do it first by stopping the processes in  task manager and then going into the registery but sadly when i try ctrl + alt + del... it says the task manager has been disabled by the administer.... same goes for typing 'taskmgr.exe' in the Run command box, and also when i type 'regedit' into the Run command box it says the Registry Editor has been disabled by the administer.  and forget trying to use the internet with all the pop ups its nearly impossible. my mom does have verizon security suite but it is not working... i did however managed to take a Spybot - Search & Destroy installer off my flash drive and install Spybot - Search & Destroy on to my moms pc. run a scan it detected and removed some of it but not all. and the problem with the administer and task manager still exist. so with that said for now trying to manually remove Antispyware 2008 XP files  doesnt seem likely at this point please help me.. thanks

hello,
if i get it right, some of the ANTISPYWARE 2008 XP is still on the computer as you can't use it normally. as the things seems to be complicated, i recommend you following manual removal guide : http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-antispyware-2008-xp.html you may need to run your computer in a safe mode in order to be able to delete files that belong to antispyware 2008 xp. here's simple explanation on how you do that safe mode guide : http://www.2-spyware.com/news/post232.html

EDITED: please don't post numerous identical topics. i had to delete the other topic posted by you as it was the same as this one.
