Rapid Antivirus Computer So slow unable to repair

Im not sure if it is normal but, one day my computer was infected by the spyware "Rapid Antivirus". I used ad-aware to scan for any problems, and noticed a few reports on several spywares. It was late so I did not take notice to what files or what they were and restarted my computer.

The next day the computer began running so slow it almost takes 30min. to 1hr to see my background as well as desktop icons. Worst of all it freezes (Or it loads so slow) and therefore I have no control of my computer.

It is also equally slow when I run on safe mode.

I know that I am suppose to delete certain files to fix this problem, but the problem is i cant. Is there any other way to fix this problem? My computer is an A1359HK HP desktop computer.

Note* I also tried system restore (F10) but, same case - it loads so slow all i see is a black screen.
