HELP I AM SO TIRED

hello peeps i am new to this forum and i appologise now if i am in the wrong place

my problem is that i have a very nasty virus on my PC, it will not allow me to search the internet with the word AVG in it as soon as i type avg and press return my internet connection cuts off it seems this virus has taken over my AVG version 8 the virus came through as Antivirus pluss rundll32.exe.

i have removed the popups that i was recieving but just cannot get onto avg something must be in the memory. i have been working on this now fo 16 hours non stop and am really pee'd off please help me.

by the way i have also tried gettin hijacker but that also shuts down my IE it seems certain words do.

i think you have reinstall the win 32 file systm
