IE and Outlook Hijacked

Currently, I open IE and I can get to google but when I try calling a website it completely closes the browser.   Outlook does the same.  It opens but when I try logging in, it closes the application.  I get a Security Center Alert alerting about Trojan.Zlob.G.   I find the Security Center Alert window suspicious.  I've applied PC Tools Spyware Doctor and went through the scanning/cleanup.  I've subsequently rebooted  but to no avail.  I have the same issue.   Below is the "hijackthis.log":
