Antivirus 360 Removal and after effects

Ok, first off, I went and downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-malware, and deleted the antivirus 360 stuffs. Restarted computer. Second, went into the registry, and removed the files associated with AV360. Restarted computer. Third, I downloaded killbox.exe and killed the processes associated with av360. Now the only problem that I have is that anytime I log on to the Internet, I get a small yellow flashing bar saying that this site is infected with spy/ad/malware and advises to download av360, and when I log on to google, the google homepage says that there is an unregistered copy of AV360 running on this machine. However, as an additional problem, I try and open some webpages, and it says on the tab "Blocked" and in the bottom url bar thing, it says microsoft.protectionsoftwaredownload.gif/.... What is this, and how do I send my pc back to being able to surf the net with out having to worry.

Do one thing just remove the anitvirus & reinstall it or just downland the new version.
