(HiJack Log file) - Spyware keeps reappearing after deleted.

I tried to download a music program off a website the other day, and it gave me a bunch of Spyware apps. usually this wouldnt be a problem I would delete the program, run McAfee and they would be deleted. but these two specific ones "Spyware Guard 2008" and one that calls itself my "Windows Security Center"  keep coming back after i delete the .exe files for them.
I've tried every anti-spyware program I can think of and they keep re-appearing.
