Hi There,

We have a computer that was infected with this...we have tried to remove manually...the problem is that when we try and download the removal tools the virus closes the browser...I remoted onto the workstation and pushed the download to the workstation ...it will not allow the program to run....it simply closes the program...any ideas on how to get around this? At this point we are thinking of reformatting...

Hi there,

rename the sdsetup.exe to something else, like nna1.exe and try to run it again. The same applies when downloading the program.
