deep seated browser hijack - help!

There's something in my system that seems to evade all detection. I've got Bullguard anti virus installed, and have since run Spybot, Mallwarebytes, Vundus, you name it.... But still my browser keeps sending me to random ad sites.....

I would really appreciate the help of any gurus who can get to the bottom of this. Hijack this log below...
