Please help me out.

I'm  usually pretty good at getting rid of things on my computer, but this is getting ridiculous. Every time I run any kind of virus scan it freezes on the Windows\System32 folder or doesn't find anything.  My AVG 'resident shield' keeps popping up with alerts of Win32/Cryptor virus in a whole bunch of Windows\System32\UAC(insert random letters).dll files.
