System Security (again)

I realize that there are multiple threads already discussing this, but none of them seem to have any recent replies or solutions to the problem.
2spyware recommends spyware doctor as a guaranteed fix to the problem. I have downloaded and installed spyware doctor, renaming files as necessary. But system security allows little to nothing to be opened. Applications will not run, SD will not run, games, other antivirus software, taskmgr, word editors, nothing, will be allowed to open.
Mouse options cannot be altered.

I am able to access folder options, and as one user suggested I searched for the SS folder to delete or move it but I cannot find the program's files.

My computer contracted SS from a video codec (the codec did work though).
I have deleted the codec and everything that came with it to no effect.

The only way I can access the internet, and this website, is through system security support- otherwise I cannot open any browsers.

Have you tried MalwareBytes anti-malware? If not, then download this program form:

Rename the installer and install it. Then run your computer is safe mode and use this program. At first time it may not remove infection, so use it again once at least.
