The information on the remove of this ABUSIVE PRODUCT that we have found here has been useful and we are in to process of repairing the damage they have done to our computer.

My question is what do you suggest we do with the 49USD that they have ripped us off for via my credit card.

In addition we do have ParetoLogic AntiSPY ware in our machine, why did it not remove this crap from our system in the first place ?

First of all, you should contact your bank and tell what has happened. This is very important because your credit card information could have been sold to cyber-thieves and obviously that information can be used again to steal more money from you. Also make sure that it's only 49USD, sometimes they steal twice as much as they claim. Unfortunately, I think you won't get your money back.

ParetoLogic Anti-spyware is not the best anti-malware program at the moment. Take a look at this comparison table:

As you can see, Spyware Doctor and MalwareBytes are the best at the moment. However, free version of these programs won't make your system safer. You have to ensure that real time protection is enabled. Real time protection comes only with paid version of these programs.
