Run ComboFix and follow the prompts.

sorry for the multiple posts never got confirmation of post. Downloaded combofix, ran install small progress bar with combo fix went all the way and then nothing ever happened. Deleted download and redownloaded with no success.

That's OK, we'll delete your first post, don't worry. Download MalwareBytes anti-malaware then and scan your PC. Remove found infections.

i have malwarebytes and when i run it, it will get to the same point and stop responding. I tried uninstalling it and re-downloading and installing it again with no luck. Now i have bigger problems. I have vista with SP1 so i thought by downloading SP2 it might solve some of my issues. After installing it it fails to initialize explorer.exe with error code 0xc0000022. Ive contacted microsoft and they are actually going to send me a new Vista DVD. So hopefully i can get this issue resolved. Thank you for your help.
