Cannot remove PC_Antispyware

Hi,

If anyone could help me or provide me with any suggestions on removing this program it would be greatly appreciated!

I recently was infected by PC_Antispyware and by mistake I clicked on the pop-up which told me to click to remove a virus.  After I clicked the pop-up box I realized my mistake when the program started to upload itself.  

To make a long story short I have downloaded many different spyware removal programs (which most are blocked from running).  I have the full version of spy doctor but that does not seem to remove all of the components of this program.  I tried spy bot, which was my preference, but it comes up with an error every time I try to run the program.  This has happened to about 5 or 6 other spyware removal programs I have tried to use.

I have also tried manually removing the program but I think I may have missed some files and I am a little uncomfortable with doing so as I am not a computer Guru.  I also ran Spy doctor in Safe Mode and tried installing and running programs like Spy Bot but I was still unable to remove the infection.

If anyone has any suggestions because I am not sure what else to do.

Download Process Explorer

Rename Procexp.exe to iexplore.exe and run the program. Find and kill PC Antispyware processes. Should be the following:

PC_Antispyware2010.exe
Uninstall.exe
jugifyryve.exe

Then download MalwareBytes anti-malware or ComboFix.

IMPORTANT! Rename ComboFix.exe to Combo-Fix.exe before saving it onto your computer. Then follow the prompts.

I also have this virus.I have installed the program you listed and renamed it to iexplore.exe.  I have ended the process of the program.  However, there are no processes labelled uninstall.exe active on my computer.  The same with the next one, whatever the heck its called.   I know I have this virus (its pretty obvious), so have they changed the names of the executables, or what?  Im no good with computers (i see you get this a lot), so please be patient.  Thanks!

Hello edgar,

PC_Antispyware2010.exe  is the main process. Just end it and run MalwareBytes anti-malware or ComboFix.
Note: must rename the instaler before running. For example rename mbam-setup.exe to test123.exe
