HELP!! cannot start in normal mode

guyz i am not able to start my pc in normal mode...yet safe mode works........a blank screen is just being shown after the windows loading bar.....and it stays like that........please help me to diagnose the problem......any support would be of great help....thanks in advance...help i will get an answer soooon.........malware bytes log was clean
