Still some residue...

So,I thought I almost got rid of Antivirus Pro 2010....apparently not.

I can't use my Task Manager or Regestiry Edit.
I'm able to do it after restarting the computer and putting it in Safe Mode,but I can only use it under the Administator. I was able to kill the Process when it showed up under that account,as well as delete the directory. I scanned the computer using Malware Bytes,and managed to remove the files that still showed. I scanned it again and nothing showed,and then scanned again using Ad Aware.
Everytime I try and use the Task Manager and Regestiry Editor,it tells me "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator" same thing with RE. I don't know how to get to the DLLs either. I can use the cmd but I don't really get it....so yeah. All in all,I just need to get rid of the residue thanks to this damn thing.

To re-enable Task Manger download free tool from this website:
http://www.taskmanagerfix.com

Enable Registry Editor:
1. Click on the Start -> Run and type: gpedit.msc
2. Navigate to:
- User Configuration
- Administrative Templates
- System.
3. On the option: Prevent access to registry editing tools
4. Click Disabled and click on the OK button to save settings.
5. Reboot your computer.
