Something called Cyber Security showed up on my PC.  My Norton Anti-Virus found it and seemed to fix the threat.  However now when I try to go to different webpages, a blocked message comes up and it wont go to the page.  It directs me to register and purchase Cyber Security. How do I fix this. I downloaded Hijack this and did a scan.

Cyber Security can be removed by using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
Here is the catch: When you try to download it, cyber security will not let it download(It is a possibility).
1. Download these two files: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and the manual update definitions. Put them in a flashdrive.

2. Then run from safemode and insert the flashdrive containing Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and the update definitions. Install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware first, then double click the definition file(it will install automatically).

3. Run the full system scan. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware should remove it.
