Hello,
First of all you have to end Windows Enterprise Suite processes as they block installed/downloaded security software.
1. Download Process Explorer and save it to your C:\ folder.
http://live.sysinternals.com/procexp.exe2. Locate the procexp.exe file in C:\ folder and rename it to explorer.exe (To rename the file you should left click once on it so it becomes selected and then pressing the F2 key on your keyboard)
3. Launch the renamed Process Explorer program
4. Terminate Windows Enterprise Suite process (should be a random number, for example WE83b.exe or similar with a small Windows Enterprise Suite icon near the process name)
NOTE: any other suspicious processes should be ended too.
5. Now download MalwareBytes anti-malware and scan your computer.

6. Install Spyware Doctor and run a system scan again. Sometimes MalwareBytes does not remove all Trojans from the system. Basically, just to ensure that everything was removed successfully.
