I have read some of the other questions on what seems like the same problem I have. I keep getting pop-ups even when I disconnect the internet. Then, I keep getting Window Security Alerts that pop up and a Antivirus System Pro Tab. I can't open anything without it saying it is infected. I try and open my ad/remove and it says that is infected, ect.

I tried to download a program to take this off but it won't open because it says its infected. An example is- Application cannot be executed. The file pctsgui.ece is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software now.

How do I solve this problem. It just happened today when I went into my email to check my inbox.

Thanks so much. I'm stressing out!

Hello Rachy,

1. Download Process Explorer and save it in C:\ folder (rename procexp.exe to explorer.exe before saving).
Download link: http://live.sysinternals.com/procexp.exe

2. Double-click to run renamed Process Explorer.
3. Select Antivirus System Pro process from the list. Should be sysguard.exe or AntiviruSystemPro.exe and press "Delete" button to end the process (note: can be [RANDOM CHARACTERS].exe too)
4. Close Process Explorer and download Spyware Doctor:

5. Rename sdsetup.exe to explorer.exe and double-click to run it. Install, update and run Spyware Doctor. Then perform full computer scan and remove all found infections.

Thank you for your help. I also went into the startup menu and unclicked what I saw there. It was under Bibbsgaurd.exe. I still am getting new tabs opening when using the internet. Only one, once in awhile. I just need to buy the spyware doctor so I can delete the viruses. Thanks again!!!
