ANTIVIRUSPRO 10 HELP ME PLEEASE

I am not that good with computers and Antivirus System Pro 10 is ruining my life right now. I see there are a few other topics about it but I am not that good with computers and i dont understand what the removal instructions even mean.

I have tried using system restore- doesnt work

i have spydoctor and malwarebytes but when it wont let me scan spydoctor and nothing shows up when i scan malwarebytes! what can i do here? i dont know how to rename files or anything. who makes such a disgusting virus? i am so upset right now
