1. Reboot your PC in "Safe Mode with Networking". As the computer is booting tap the "F8 Key" constantly which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu", example here:

http://www.pctools.com/downloads/afl_2-spyware/sdsetup.exeNOTE: if you can't download it using Internet Explorer do as follows:
a) In Internet Explorer click on the
Tools menu and then select
Internet Optionsb) In the Internet Options screen click on the
Connections tab
c) Now click on the
Lan Settings button and uncheck the checkbox labeled
Use a proxy server for your LAN. Then click OK.
3. Install downloaded anti-spyware application, update it and run a full system scan. Remove found infections.
