Internet Security 2010 - keeps rebooting

I had to bootup from a bootable CD. But I was able to delete all the files suggested on your site except for the registry values which could not be found.

However, I STILL CANNOT bootup the the computer from the harddisk. It didn't work.
:cry:

I notice a win32 file. Do I need to delete this file also?

Any other suggestions or do I need to reformat the hard disk?

If you have Windows CD then try to repair your system first. How to do that:
