Removing Anti Malware Doctor for the 6th time. (Windows XP)

Seriously, whoever makes this virus is one persistent little bastard. I've had to get it off of each of my computers once, and a few times on my parents' computers as well.

So anyway. This time it won't let me use task manager, or run any of my antivirus programs. So since I can't run tskmgr.exe, I don't know how I'm going to manually remove it, and it won't let me use any programs either. Is there a way to manually remove it without using tskmgr.exe?

Just went through this last night; when I would open Task Manager, it would close it when I clicked on the antimalware doctor pop up. But, if I held down ctrl+alt+del, and used the mouse to move the pop up out of the way(don't try to close the pop up) I could access Task Manager. HTH! It helps to have a third hand or put a pen in your mouth like I did
