Bankerfox.a virus

Hello, I have caught the Bankerfox.a vrus. i'm on windows xp, I can log on just fine, but when I try to open any program they don't open. every program seems to be infected. i tried system restore, but it has been disabled. I don't have any antivirus installed. I do have antimalwarebytes, but it doesn't open. How do I remove this virus if I cannot open my web browser? Thanks Jason

The same thing is happening to my bf computer when i try to go into safe mode it wont let me and it wont let me open microtrend(antivirus) or go into any site that lets you dl virus removal and it wont let me go into the uninstall program if you find something taht works please tell me?
