I can't seem to locate this file on my computer. I have done a search, and manually looked for it. I would loveto get rid of this bleeping pop up somehow without relaoding the entire computer. Nay body got any ideas?

Hi, Jpacheco. Welcome to 2-Spyware.com forums!

The system infected with SpywareStrike not necessarily contain the netwrap.dll file. There can be other files instead of this one. The wiatwain.dll file is a common replacement. Try searching for this file. If deleting wiatwain.dll and other files related to SpywareStrike will not eliminate the parasite, then download the HijackThis program and run a scan. Then post your log here. I'll try to help you.

Your log looks clean to me.

However, you can fix the following entries (these are not malicious, but simply aren't used anymore):

As for the SpywareStrike infection, it looks like that some uncommon parasite objects still remain in your system. Try searching the folder C:\Windows\System32 for  wiatwain.dll and replmap.dll files and deleting them.

Just wanted to add in a comment here, I've had major problems with SpywareStrike, none of the method tested here seemed to work, I got the popup even in safe mode on the account I normally use.

However, I logged in on the Admin account in Safe mode and removed the file you listed above, replmap.dll, and now it seems to be gone!! Smiley
