help please

this is my hihack log, i cant get the spyware infection background off my comp and it keeps poping up saying im infected. my microsoft antispyware did nothing

Please follow these steps in order to get rid of the infection:

1. Download the KillBox utility.

2. Use KillBox to delete the C:\ncj.exe file.

3. Then try this:
* Navigate to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display. This should open the Display Properties window.
* Click on the Desktop tab and then within it click on the Customize Desktop button.
* Another window should appear. Within it select the Web tab.
* Now you should see the list of web pages. UNCHECK THEM ALL and delete everything except for My Current Home Page.
* Apply changes.

4. If the previous step didn't work, try this:
* Click on the Start button. Then launch the Run... tool.
* Type regedit and press enter. This will open the Registry Editor.
* Now locate the keys HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\Wallpaper and delete them with all the subkeys.
* Reboot your computer.

5. After you get done, run another HijackThis scan and post a fresh log here.
