Downloader.Zolob can't seem to get rid of it!

I recently downloaded Microsoft Antispyware, and the first time scanning with it I got a hit, Downloader.Zolob, and every time I scan and clean, it is still there. With every scan I do, it is still there, even with different antispyware programs. Microsoft considers this Downloader.Zolob to be a severe infection, and I really want to get rid of it, but I can't seem to get rid of a specific file, wininet.dll  since it says that access is denied. I need to get rid of this, since it apparently downloads other malicious programs as well.

Download the smitRem tool and unpack its files into a chosen directory. The reboot your system into Safe Mode. Once in Safe Mode, run the smitRem tool (execute the RunThis.bat file). This should replace infected wininet.dll with a clean copy.

If this doesn't work for you, please download the HijackThis program, run a system scan and post a fresh log here.

Yeh ive also got dat zolob trojan aswel dunno wot 2 do it aint done anything until now my screen is f****n flipped! ive tried downloadin dat program summin.bat but my screens still f****d...help me out bro

Please download the HijackThis program and run a system scan. Then create a new thread in the HijackThis log analysis section and post your log there.
