I got infected with Spyanywhere and need help

Hi
I desperately need some help, a while back I ran Microsoft Antispywar and it detected the program Spyanywhere and I removed it I have an idea who installed it, but how do I know it s actually gone and not in my computer anymore? I did a run with all spyware programs Microsoft, Spyware doctor and nothing there, is it really gone?

Also with this program Spy anywhere what can the other person see?
