Cant get rid of the tmp.exe files

Does anyone know what I can do? I have tried EVERYTHING possible and I can not get rid of this stuffing problem! I am getting really really fed up with these *.tmp.exe files duplicating themselves into thousands of files! I have Spyware Doctor, Spybot, Ad-Aware, A-Squared Trojan hunter, Bazooka Spyware, I have Norton internet security, have used panda security (free online scan) and have just about had enough of being told I have no virus, spy/adware, malware, Trojans, etc etc etc. Spyware Doctor found heaps of junk and supposedly "fixed" it all, nope, its still creating thousands of files in my windows temp folder that cant be deleted because they are in use. I have done ctrl+alt+delete and "killed" these files and I still cannot delete them. PLEASE HELP!!!

Try re-booting your computer into safe mode if you do not know how do to this here is a guide on Starting your computer in safe mode. then try and delete these annoying files. Also run scans on your computer in safe mode as the scans usually search deeper.

I had tried that too, lol. I ended up doing a system restore going back a day at a time until the problem seems to have gone away. I have fingers crossed that it wont come back. Thanks for the reply though, much appreciated.
I hope no one else gets this, its so annoying.
