Use HJT to fix these entries :

O23 - Service: trojan - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\trojan.exe (file missing)

O23 - Service: Remote Packet Capture Protocol v.0 (experimental) (rpcapd) - Unknown owner - %ProgramFiles%\WinPcap\rpcapd.exe" -d -f "%ProgramFiles%\WinPcap\rpcapd.ini (file missing)

To locate a file try going to "My computer" on your C: click on find and file, then choose all hidden files, now search for dxmpp.dll [/b]

P.s just to say also use HJT to fix O18 - Protocol: msnim - {828030A1-22C1-4009-854F-8E305202313F} - "C:\PROGRA~1\MSNMES~1\msgrapp.dll" (file missing) this entrie is not related to spyware but is simply not used anymore.

Hi, morran.

Also do this:

1. Download the smitRem tool and unpack its files into a chosen folder.

2. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:
O4 - Global Startup: Perstray.lnk = ?
O9 - Extra button: Panda ActiveScan - {653D93AF-C741-4e5e-8C1B-59BA43F93E16} - http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan (file missing)
O16 - DPF: {03F998B2-0E00-11D3-A498-00104B6EB52E} - https://components.viewpoint.com/MTSInstallers/MetaStream3.cab?url=http://www.viewpoint.com/cgi-bin/installer.v4/vet_install_popup.pl?www.viewpoint.com&6&&unknown&unknown&www.viewpoint.com&6&&unknown&unknown&www.viewpoint.com&6&&unknown&unknown&www.viewpoint.com&6&&unknown&unknown&www.viewpoint.com

3. Now restart your system into Safe Mode.

4. Once in Safe Mode, run smitRem by executing the RunThis.bat file located in the tool's folder.

5. After you get done, restart your computer, run another HijackThis scan and post a fresh log here.

Hi, morran.

Let's try this:

1. Download the KillBox utility.

2. Use HijackThis to fix the following entry:
O20 - Winlogon Notify: winrkp32 - winrkp32.dll (file missing)

3. Now restart in Safe Mode.

4. Use KillBox to delete the following files:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\dxmpp.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\dfrgsrv.exe

5. Delete the entire C:\WINDOWS\System32\1024 directory (if it is present in your system).

Hi, morran.

Your last log looks clean. If you still have the infection, please do this:

1. Restart your system in Safe Mode.

2. Use KillBox to delete the following file (if it is present in your system):
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ginuerep.dll

Hi, morran.

Congratulations! Your last log looks clean to me .

You can fix the following entry (it is not malicious, but unused anymore):
O23 - Service: Remote Packet Capture Protocol v.0 (experimental) (rpcapd) - Unknown owner - %ProgramFiles%\WinPcap\rpcapd.exe" -d -f "%ProgramFiles%\WinPcap\rpcapd.ini (file missing)
