pokapoka73.exe - virus or not?

HI!
I found pokapoka73.exe file in my system. It also is associated with a registry key. I think that key runs pokapoka73.exe on system startup. My antispyware program doesn't detect this as a pest. However, a file name is suspicious. So, is it dangerous or not?

for the process pokapoka73.exe,i can say that it is a medium risk process (and the file itself)
it belongs to the EliteBar adware.It is recommended to delete it in safemode to prevent it from regenerating itself.By the way,what antispyware program are you using?
