No where I could find this file 5e4763.msi. Had tried windows search but without sucessful. Your tip is much appreciated.

Hi, sam2.

The 5e4763.msi file seems to be a temporary installation file. Once executed, it should start a setup for a certain application. This file can be just anywhere. Why do you need it?

Hi GTO,
Thanks for your reply. The reason is simply one of my anti virus scanned the file and reported as infected with virus.

But, never mind now, I already reinstall the windows with Norton this time. Wasted all my time and efforts on the web searching for resolved the problem.
