Viewpoint Media Player

Well, the file doesn't seem to be too nasty, but I do have a question on how to remove it. All the files i need to delete are "currently in use", so I can't delete them, and tips or procedure I need to follow to get rid of this garbage?

Thanks, any help is appreciated, and I'm willing to pay whoever can help me!

Hi, mikeman91389. Welcome to 2-Spyware.com forums!

As far as I know, Viewpoint Media Player can be uninstalled using the Windows Add or Remove Programs tool. Just find the entry in the list of installed software and uninstall the application. If there is no such entry, terminate the ViewMgr.exe process and try to delete related files. You should do this in Safe Mode.

i did remove through the add/remove, but the registry (i think) is still there.

I can see the files in C:/programfiles/viewpoint or w/e.
i'll try your tip tomm.
