I have so many of these as my processes and I am not quite sure what they are. Can I do something to get rid of these? Thank you!

The svchost.exe file is a legitimate part of the Windows operating system, and one of the most important its components. This file is used to run various services, essential system tools and some programs. A regular system often has 4 or more instances of svchost.exe running. It is normal, so there is nothing to worry about.

However, please note that the legitimate svchost.exe file should be in the default system directory, which is one of the following: C:\Windows\System32, C:\Winnt\System32. If it resides elsewhere, then it most probably is a part of some malware.

Your log looks clean to me, all svchost.exe instances are legitimate.
