This spyware is killing me.  My computer runs as fast as my grandmother and I cant seem to keep the stuff off. I have hijackthis but cant seem to figure out which ones to erase and which to keep.  Could someone please help? I am putting a log of the last run of hijackthis at the bottom:

Everything else in your log looks clean to me. It can be a software problem. Try disabling VirusScan real-time protection and Windows Defender for a few minutes to see whether your system runs any faster or not.
