VX2 Removal

Since 2 weeks I have extreme problems with Spyware getting pop-ups, hijacks and new windows every 5 - 10 minutes. I have run Spybot, Ad-Aware, MS Anti-Spyware, Spyware Doctor and ZoneAlarm.

They all (especially the latter 2) find plenty of threats, but each time they are removed they come back soon enough. From Ad-Aware downloaded VX2 remover, but this says it is a new strain and it cannot be removed. When I manually try to correct the registry it rebuilds the links I delete.

This is horrible - how can I get rid of this if the major Anti-Spyware programs cannot help me.

Well, i think that you are not the only one with this problem. The fact is that there are no anti-spyware software that guarantee 100% protection from all the spyware and adware. I think that you have to use real-time protection and you will have less problems, and just maybe you dont use all the features of anti-spyware soft. I personally use Spyware Doctor with real-time protection, and i am quite satisfied with it, at least i dont get annoying popups or browser hijacking things.
By the way I found a few anti-sypware tutorials here at 2-spyware.com, maybe they will be useful for you, they are somewhere in articles section, dont remember exactly.

Until now I have been to easy concerning protection against spyware and I will definitely enable realtime protection as I have started to do after the infection.

However now I need to clean up this mess, so I need to find something to clean VX2 and I am afraid even the award-winning Spyware Doctor cannot do anything.

You can scan your system with HijackThis and post a log into the HijackThis log analysis section. Experts should help you to manually remove VX2.

Yes of course you should get your money back...banks take their money off its people, the governemnt does too. Why should we not get our money back if not all spyware is removed 100% from the computer. Think about it, why do they call every spyware removal software so great if it can't complete its specified task as its advertisement says? All programs say they can improve this and that with their "amazing" capability..right, and I am the easter bunny everybody and I deliver candy to all.
