Hi, joepa. Welcome to the 2-Spyware.com forums!

Please follow these steps:

1. Download a variant of the VundoFix tool. Then double-click on the downloaded file. This will unpack VundoFix files.

2. Download Pocket KillBox or KillBox utility.

3. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:
F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\fservice.exe
O3 - Toolbar: Norton AntiVirus - {42CDD1BF-3FFB-4238-8AD1-7859DF00B1D6} - C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\NavShExt.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Dinst] C:\WINDOWS\dinst.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [strtas] lo31.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PTRGMYGK] rundll32.exe ptmg1v.dll,DllRunMain
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sjxxpdt] C:\WINDOWS\system32\rtwiwmm.exe r
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [strtas] lo31.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Iaes] "C:\WINDOWS\YSTEM~1\msconfig.exe" -vt rbnd
O9 - Extra button: Ebates - {6685509E-B47B-4f47-8E16-9A5F3A62F683} - file://C:\Program Files\Ebates_MoeMoneyMaker\Sy350\Tp350\scri350a.htm (file missing) (HKCU)
O16 - DPF: {205FF73B-CA67-11D5-99DD-444553540006} (CInstall Class) - http:/ /www.errorguard.com/installation/Install.cab

4. Now restart your system in Safe Mode. This step is very important!

5. Once in Safe Mode, open the VundoFix folder and execute the KillVundo.bat file.
* You will be presented with a warning. At this point press enter.
* Then you will be asked to type in the filepath as instructed by the forum staff.
At this point type in this: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ddcyy.dll. Press enter, then the F6 key.
* Now you should be asked to type in the second path as instructed by the forum staff.
At this point type in this: C:\WINDOWS\system32\yycdd*.*. Press enter, then the F6 key. Press enter one more time. Now the fix should run.

6. Then use either Pocket KillBox or KillBox to delete the following files:
C:\WINDOWS\dinst.exe
C:\WINDOWS\services.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\lo31.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\fservice.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\rtwiwmm.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ptmg1v.dll
C:\WINDOWS\YSTEM~1\msconfig.exe

Also, delete the following directory:
C:\WINDOWS\YSTEM~1

7. Reboot your computer. Download the trial version of ewido anti-spyware. Install the program, update its definitions and run a complete system scan. Remove all the threats the application will find.

8. After you get done, run new HijackThis scan and post a fresh log here.
