Please Aid in Removal of Worm and Trojan *Log Included*

I have the Worm/VB.SO and Trojan horse Downloader.Istbar.GS, Trojan horse Downloader Istbar.9.AU including many more parasites. Here is my logfile. Please help! It is disabling my internet access.

2. Download the trial version of Spy Sweeper. Install the program, update its definitions and run a complete system scan. Remove all the threats the application will find.

3. After you get done, restart your computer, run new HijackThis scan and post a fresh log here.

Although, the logfile I posted was created when I was on Safe Mode (my only access to the internet). So I am guessing that I should do another HijackThis Scan on Normal Mode, save the results, return to Safe Mode to post it here?

Download Spy Sweeper while in Safe Mode. Then reboot to normal mode, install the spyware remover, scan your system and remove parasites. Then run a HijackThis scan and try to connect to the Internet. If you can, post your log here. If you cannot, restart in Safe Mode. We'll try to restore your Internet connection.
