Help!

My computer was infected by spysheriff, I don't know what to do, I've been looking around and I found ways to restore the use of Windows Task Manager, and I'm now able to change my backround, but I don't know if there are any other things wrong and I'm not sure if my computer's safe.

Hi, Tachelle. Welcome to 2-Spyware.com forums.

To get rid of SpySheriff please do the following:

1. Download a reliable anti-spyware program. I recommend Spyware Doctor and Microsoft AntiSpyware.
2. Install a program and update it (this step is very important).
3. Reboot your computer into Safe Mode.
4. Run full deep system scan.
5. Remove all the parasites a program will find.
6. Restart your computer and boot Windows normally.
7. Download the HijackThis program and perform a scan.
8. Post a fresh log into the appropriate forum section.
